Thank you for shopping at Eternal Nutricare. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality premium nuts, dry fruits, and gourmet confections. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Conditions for Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following specific conditions:

• The product received is defective, damaged, or expired.
• The product received is different from what was ordered.
• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Products purchased on sale or during special promotions (unless defective).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at our Contact Page with your order number and details of the issue.
• Wait for our team to review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
• Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-7 business days).

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
